10 Killer iPhone Apps: #9 WordPress

WordPress for iOS is only for those who are fortunate enough to have wisely chosen WordPress to power their website. I have been fairly neutral about the CMS (content management system) choices out there, but the silence is over.

WordPress is the only choice in my book and I have solid reasons for this, but for now I will give you one killer reason: you can run your site with just an iPhone. To be honest, you can run it from any smart phone through a web browser, but this free app makes it so much easier.
Wordpress on iOS allows you to write, edit, publish, post pictures and video, even moderate comments. It’s simple and slick. I use it to blog – in fact I am using it now to write this post!
If you run WordPress, you MUST grab this app and step away from your computer to write a post. Managing your site from anywhere is a pleasure and quite freeing. There is very little I can’t do from my phone now. I don’t want to be at work 24/7, mind you… I want to have the option to work when and where I want. WordPress makes that easier.
